Who was the one who said, "New paradigms aren't accepted by old physicists they are accepted only when the old physicists die."? You know as well as I do Amy that weiner could not accept landaau's idea that "all information is physical". Yes? Maybe we was unaware of schumachers mantras of information physics, "no information without presentation" and there is no process without processing"
What is fundamental in the quantum field is action, action is not energy as it takes on every possible value of engery depending on who is doing the looking at what velocity, it is relavtive but it is information as Worchek, Zorig, Zinglinger, Wheeler and others have shown that quantum measurement is a process of bisecting possibilities and the Planck action is equivalent to the binary distinction or bit of information. Wheeler coined the term Black Hole, he worked on the a-bomb, he's inspired me like you have Amy by asking the real tough questions that include "how do we get IT from BIT?" was most concerened at the symposium in his honor about the immanency of WWIII.

well said matt. but "wot" is process?? skip the "process and appear immediatly on the other side of the world - that is true quantum NOW HERE NOW THERE WITHOUT CHANCE TO "process" - not a micro-wave relay system. NO so-called processing -the so-called physical construct of the universe is not always itemized MATHEMATICALLY but it is a quantum construct in itself - what is the physical process of dreams?>? can this be calulated and itemized structurally? MATHEMATICALLY?? this is not a good parallel, but just and idea of the relativity of process - nuff said!! HA!!!

Well..what you're saying is indeed truthful but in order to report these facts, wasn't it not neccessary to have a theory, an experiement, results that were added to existing knowledge. If this weren't the case then who would know the quantum appeared on the otherside of the world? We've developed structures and orders so that our existence is differentiated and quantum does not appear simple just out of no where, lol, like a dream does. Science, in this sense is a process.
