K3 up button not working
My trusty K3 (or Kindle Keyboard) is having a problem. The square directional button no longer navigates up when up is pressed. Instead it navigates down.
For a short while, I was also stuck in a book as the home and back keys would just refresh the current page. I thought it might be a battery glitch, and fully charging it resolved that issue.
However, even with a off switch full reboot and a hard reboot via the settings option, I'm still having the up button navigate down.
I did a little googling, but I didn't find anything with this specific problem. I guess my next step is to contact Amazon directly, but I'm not sure what they can do since I know the warranty is long expired.
Any suggestions?
