Who happiness
Not doing the happiness meme, but I do want to mention two Doctor Who-related things that have made me happy today.
First, "The Seeds of Doom"! Delicious, delicious crack, and everyone in it is brilliant, especially Tony Beckley as Harrison Chase. He should come back as the campy villain in every story. Better still, they should have cast him as the Master. (A thought inspired, I admit, by the leather gloves he wears throughout.) Sarah Jane was also particularly wonderful and kickass.
Second, wishfulaces just posted These Days. Aces's stories make me happy like a happy thing, except when they make me cry. This is a happy thing story, although not without a little melancholy. Theta and Koschei are in it, and so are the Eighth Doctor and Anji and Fitz, and there are picnics and flowers and hermits. And it's lovely.
