I adore this. Giles being interested in comics. The authorial wink because of course we know Oz *will* use it in a sentence. Oz for once wanting to keep talking; the idea that he's been collecting words. Dictionaries! "Librarians really aren't like other people." The unspoken ouch in "Oz doesn't run unless something's chasing him."
