Dream Reading
i dreamt that i gave myself a 3 card reading. I just woke w/ a jolt, and I think I may have a walk-in or agent in Control.
The card in the middle was the Hermit.
The middle standing for where I am right now, and right now I am in my Hermit year. When I was contemplating doing the Hermit for Living Tarot, I came up w/ the 1st line - "…And then you wake up." LIke the movement from Fool thru Strength is the struggle for consciousness.
The card to the left, representing where I have been, was the Hierophant.
The Hierophant represents one's Path, and what one believes. I usually say when The Hierophant comes up - "What did you believe when you were young?" A brief investigation of my heart sez that I believed in Sacrifice and Courtesy. I thought the Jesus story was beautifull. I believed in Science Fiction when I was a little older. At Our Lady of Safeway they have a sort of Gnostic Service for the Magdalene. I keep saying I want to go. I want to go. Return in some ways to a belief system that is a part of me, while retaining the values I have come to honour.
The card to the right, representing where I am going was the Queen of Wands.
What do I want, how do I get it, and how do I get the people around me to co-operate in getting me what I want? Panza is my ally. Who else are my allies? Who is for me? How do I defuse my enemies? Do I have any enemies asides from myself? I feel that the Queen of Wands is a wake up call. I cannot drift thru life, and expect my goals to be achieved. I have to really want them.
