(no subject)
I'm exhausted. It was a long day. Teaching for eight hours (five then three) with a half hour break will do that.
BUT
The highlight of my week came when someone handed me a package in the office and said it had come for me. The writing was all in Korean except for my name so I could guess who had sent it... someone who knew how hard the last three weeks have been and how unbearabley frustrated, angry and resentful I'd been about everything that had happened.
I cannot describe how touched I was. I tried to explain how thankful I was to the sender and feel like I failed miserably. It was the nicest thing anyone could have possible done.
Everyone else in the office was thrilled too as they got chocolate out of it!
Now it's late on Friday night. I have a conference to go to this weekend a couple of suburbs away. I ditched a late night out with the girls so I could come home and sleep... and that's what I'm going to do in about ten minutes. Wish me luck with my weekend.
