I've woken up this morning determined to make more effort with this detox and diet thing.

I'm doing pretty well - no caffeine, no alcohol, nothing processed, no white flour, no white rice for two and a half weeks, no dairy for a week and a half - and I'm seeing results.

They won't last if I don't keep trying.

End of this week I am cutting out bread altogether.

I *will* look good by the time I leave this place.
