another year and my b-day went by without a glitch...
i somehow ended up having the day off work, joe's morning class was cancelled and his meeting with a bar owner was postponed for today, so we ended up spending the whoooole day together. it was awesome! it was great to have an unexpected day off in the middle of the week! =] all my rock*ng friends called me, e-mailed me and/or texted me happy birthday wishes. ivy, joe's parents and joe's sister even called and sang me happy birthday! how about that?!!! so fuck*ng sweet hah?
even my dad called me... which actually made me cry. (i wish we had a good relationship)
it was really sweet though.
saturday night we had dinner with my family and my mom gave me a beautiful aquamarine necklace to match the ring that joe gave me for x-mas along with two arrangements of flowers. joe got me flowers and balloons yesterday and my house now smells of fresh flowers. i love it!
ileana sent me a bunch of gifts and erin (joe's sister) got me an awesome top... which actually matches the pair of shoes that ileana got me. SO awesome!
i want to thank everyone for making me feel so loved and so fuck*ng giddy... even though i'm getting fuck*ng old and in a couple of years... *shutters* aaaanyway... *LOL*
so yesterday joe and i were gonna take a 2 hour nap at around 4, next thing we know it was 11 p.m.!!!! *LOL* he was gonna make me dinner and even went to the store to get all the stuff to make me chicken stuffed with spinach and mushrooms and he got champagne to make mimosas and all the ingredients to bake me a cake, but we totally overslept and ended up having wendy's! AHAHAAHHAHAHAAHAHHAAHA! Classic!
