So the Rideau Canal is ready for skating! I went on there personally with Brad on Saturday night and it was beautiful, albeit a bit chilly. However, I wore three layers and I managed to work up enough warmth to keep me toasty the whole time, and I even broke into a sweat! As long as you have warm gloves to put your skates on and don't stand still for too long, it's great! ;)

So hey, we have free couches, come to Ottawa and skate! We're a 5 minute walk from the canal :D
