Taco Cooking Adventure
Okay so I haven't had the time to make any of these lately. I actually took all of the pictures for one once, but then never had the time to sit and edit all of the photos. It was really frustrating! I cook a lot these days, it's just always done in a rush and purely out of necessity before class, or after a late class and right before I get into homework.
Today, Wednesday, was my first day off in months. it was really refreshing to do NOTHING all day. So I decided to take a walk and get some food, then cook it and tell everyone about it :p Although I have to admit that I was a little lazy, since half of the ingredients were right outta the box x_x
So you must be asking.. 'But Kina! How are you to make tacos if you don't eat beef? HERE IS THE ANSWER!

Ah yes.. cheating. Today's cooking adventure is brought to you by Old El Paso. I think I might have accidentally used my room mate's seasoning mix. Sorry Simon! I'll buy some more!
The best part about fake ground beef.. you don't have to wait for it to cook!
All I had to do really, was to heat it.
So cheap. I feel guilty.
Everything in our kitchen looks so... white.
Tea break <3 Chai tea that is actually nancy's. Dammit Kina, get your own food!
That's right. Tomatoes have feelings too.
BWHAHAHA I win.
Fake beef: Check. Tomatoes chopped: Check.
This was the cheapest lettuce. That's because it's 99% water.
It's like slicing a green snowball!
Lettuce: check. Those tiny bowls are so dang handy.
Yes. once again we are cheating, using more boxed food. Then again I have never tried making my own taco shells... *struggles*
This might just be the ONLY thing I ever use that thing for.
Why couldn't I buy one that only came with 6? Now I have 8 shells, no seasoning and no more fixin for later! Oh well. They will probably go stale.
Can't have a decent taco without copious amounts of cheese.
Yeah.. you'll see why later.
Only a few more ingredients left!
Now I almost have everything!
LAWLZ. I'm an idiot. Those are supposed to be WHITE corn, btw. So much for gentle toasting.
The last ingredient!
= THE BEST (slightly burned) tacos ever! I love cheese. These were very tasty, and very messy.
Can't wait for taco salad tomorrow <3
