A standard measuring tape would work.

As for bras, you might want to ask Mao-san, she has the coordinates to locations that would hold undergarments~

Ah, but I'm not sure what measurements mean what, unfortunately. It wasn't something I thought would come up.

You measure around your chest and back until one part of the tape meets the other.

I am more than aware of the theory. I simply wondered if it were more complicated than that? Keep in mind this is not, as it were, something I've learned along the way.
