Must Watch!
OMG! I just finished watching a Japanese Movie - Shindo. The main actor is Matsuyama Kenichi who acted as L in Death note and the actress is Narumi Riko. Both of them had acted in the Famous Japanese drama, One Litre of tears, one as the basketball senpai and the other as the younger sister of Ikeuchi Aya.
This is how the story goes:
Shindo is a story about 2 piano prodigies: a young girl (Uta) at her early teens, and an adult guy (Oto) at his early 20's. Uta already earned a name in playing the piano since she was a child. Her mother is very persistent in asking her to continue playing, but she wants to stop to live a normal life outside the stage spotlight. Oto is exactly the opposite, not having the same talent as the young girl, he puts all of his energy in practicing pieces just to get into a music school.
Their friendship appeared to be beneficial for both of them. Uta inspired Oto to reach for his dream as a musician. Oto inspired Uta to look for her purpose in life. In the end, the end up as very good friends instead of lovers.
In this show, the director has made it simple and it touches your heart easily. The ending was sad though (abit of Banjun Drama) well, it is still worth watcing. It really inspire people like me to learn to play the piano.(Well, is easy to said then it done ^^). This movie was produced in Year 2007, so it is not considered that old and the plot is still able to capture the attention of everyone!

Narumi RIko is the girl sitting on the grass with Ikuta Toma, who acted in Hanazakari no Kimitachi e (In short: Hana Kimi) as Nakatsu Shuichi. I absolutely looking forward to watch this!!!
Anyway, i think narumi is a growing star and everyone please watch out for her and support her for better dramas and movies in future!
