Urk! - subbing, dance and ... what jeans am I wearing?

Okay, first thing last ... no - last thing first. Last night, when I set out my clothes, I remembered that I had found an old pair of (too-tight) jeans and moved them to the front of the closet, so I was thinking I'd better be careful to NOT get that pair. Half-way through today, I realised that I'd failed and those were the jeans that I was wearing. And they weren't anywhere near as tight as I'd expected.

The student for whom I am subbing had dance class today - Jazz dance! WOOO! I sanctimoniously said that I was there to reverse interpret for her but ... I was really there for the dancing. :-D The problem was the warm up. See, she has dance class 4th block - immediately after lunch. And I didn't stop to think to NOT eat all of my lunch. For the warm-up, we were doing crunches and push-ups in addition to the stretches and plies that I expected.

I kept up with the class for the jazz part but then another class came in for the combined classes to do salsa. My knee started protested (it was salsa that ripped the cartilage in my knee, I think) and I had to sit out the rest of the class. Not soon enough, though - I'm sort of limping this evening. Even so, I managed the ride home again. I love riding my bike in the cool spring days!
