Dialann - dinner tonight
I made my usual salad tonight (spinach, tomato, mushrooms). The cucumber was bad so I tossed it, then I fixed celery for snacking and chopped up some of that for the salad. When I had done that, I decided to toss in some walnut meats as well. A decent enough dinner. But then I got creative. I decided that Italian dressing and mild "banana" pickles just didn't go with walnuts. So I added shredded turkey meat, some home-made cranberry sauce and a squirt of vinegar.
It was delicious.
I'm making a note of that in the hopes that I will remember do try it again some later time.
