Today may I speak according to Thy will, O God.
Today may I bear witness to Thy authority.
Today may I speak in accordance with Thy Wisdom, Lord.
Today and every day may I be at peace with Thee.

Today I count the causes of Thy mercies shown to me.
Today I give heed to Thy laws.
Today I will sing a song to Thee;
To sing Thy praises my delight.

O Lord, I give my love to Thee, this day and every day I live.
This night to come and every night as well.
Day and night, dark and light,
I praise the goodness of my Lord.

An diugh cunntam fath do throcair.

Teillim gach là do ghlòir, a Dhè.

A Thighearna, beirim gach là dhut.
Anochd is gach oidhche nithim da rèir.
Gach là 's oidhche, duar is soillse,
Luaidhim do choaibhneas dhomh, a Dhè.
