An odd sense of exposure

I posted Torr-a-bhuilg to my puxill lj last night. In the Gaelic because puxill is primarily for Gaelic. When I posted the story here earlier, I became curious and wondered what Torr a' Bhuilg actually looked like, so I Googled the name (which means, basically, mound of the bag or belly, or in other words - Belly Hill - which sounds a bit like a risque vaudaville comic). I was encouraged to discover quite a number of hits for it. Exploring further, I found that many of the hits led to a site called "Tìr nam Blog", to an entry posted last night by .... puxill at livejournal.

full stop.

I have no idea what to think about this. I *feel* like going over there and scrubbing everything because I *know* it's all silly and small and ridiculous but otoh, it's MINE. I put stuff there - expecting no one else to see it - there are only 16 "friends" - because it's stuff I want to practice with or put up for myself. But to know that someone in TOKYO may be reading it!!! ??? (very interesting post there about Girl's Day in Japan. I remember Girl's Day celebrations though I don't recall anything about peaches and I doubt my mother would ever allow any raw fish to be served at HER table.) It's just that ... I thought that anything I posted to puxill would be ... well, you know ... ignored. Private.

Silly me.

::: sigh :::
