Fitbit synopsis for today

I walked a mile on the treadmill this morning, getting my speed up over 3 mph. And I walked to the grocery store and back - a matter of about 2 miles. I found that the tracking device does NOT record cycling as exercise. For the record, walking on the treadmill HURTS a lot more than just walking. I'm not sure why this would be so, but ... it does.

My meals today
Breakfast (9 am) : hardboiled egg and cheese
Lunch (2 pm) : Fish and chips (2 "fried" fish patties) w/ raw vegetables
Snack : trail mix
Dinner (5:30 pm) : 2 taco picante burritoes
Supper (8:15 pm) : large salad w/ half a glass of cherry juice

I'm hoping that the meal at 5:30 pm will keep me from feeling hollow in the wee hours of the morning.
