stuff
so we finally got our stuff unpacked out of the uhaul and into storage. unfortunately we dont have it unpacked in our room yet, but thats ok. oh yeah.. our computer is in storage also until we get a router. so for now.. we are using his brothers. which is why no one has really seen us on here and why we havent really updated this shithole journal or written either. anyway-
i have my second interview at the clothing store tomorrow. so far, it has gone well. i am their best candidate :D and they pay pretty well for this area. not as much as the DC area, but the cost of living is extremely low here too. its actually going to be free to live here for a while, for the most part anyway. so if i can get this job, we will actually be able to save up a lot of money. plus.. jojo has some really good leads on a few biking places that need help and he can do that shit blindfolded, yo.
as much as i wanted to get out of this town before... it never felt so good to come back to it. it really was like coming "home" as cheesy as that sounds. there is just something to be said for familiarity. and jo has been a lot happier here i think. he has already gotten to see his old friends and looks like he maybe back in the band scene again, which i know he has really missed. and today he skated at the new skatepark in town... it also has this HUGE dirt track with jumps for bikes too. im sure jo is going to be there like everyday. fortunately it is cheap. now i just have to get back to my kickboxing class. Yay!!! i cant wait. i have been missing my muscles. i like being tough girl. or at least tougher than the wimpy chick i am now. speaking of chick- i got this new shirt at my old favorite thrift store the other day that has a big cartoon chicken and says "chick" on it. i also got another land of the gods shirt with big purple and pink dinos on it. wheee- fun! natasha would be jealous.
and speaking of natasha... i havent really talked to her since we moved. i tried one night, but she said like 2 things and then never answered me again. our last night was kinda wierd. natasha cried, i felt bad, jo was tough guy, and it was just all around awkward for everyone, i think. i am really REALLY bad with those type of mushy moments. and i never know what to say to console people. oh well... oh yeah, jo left a lot of corvair stuff there i guess. he was upset. and our razors. so we are super stubbly too... gross!
what else??? sunday was my birthday. jo got me lots of cute stuff and it made me happy :D kerri also called me and that made my day even more! then we went out to eat with my family, ehhh... and then his mom suprised me with a baloon and candy and his brother just gave me a necklace that will turn my neck green. wooh! lots of good stuff.
