Yuck
I had to do two and half trays of coconut prawns today.
It took soooo long. You don't even understand. I wasted an hour and a half of my life dipping prawns into flour then into egg and then fishing them out of that egg and into coconut. And it never looked like I was getting anywhere.
Thankfully my friend made me take a beet salad break (who doesn't love a beet salad break?) halfway through and so it made the time go a little faster.
Plus she had to make Crab cakes which takes just as long. . .
My back hurts but my doll for Wilma is almost done. It is going to be awesome.
And by almost done, I mean no where near done but at least the body is done.

I shall go to bed now.
