BabyBlueJay16: interesting yes?
CornrPokit: ya
BabyBlueJay16: whatchu think of that?
CornrPokit: annoying argument
CornrPokit: miracles might happens cause you cant prove they dont
BabyBlueJay16: any validity for you?
CornrPokit: no
BabyBlueJay16: what is your take on it then
BabyBlueJay16: ?
CornrPokit: if there is a man upstairs then sure he could do some miracles if he chose to, but i dont know if there is, so i also dont know about miracles
BabyBlueJay16: i guess we just have to operate day to day working with the best laws we have, whether theyre infallible or not we wont really ever know
BabyBlueJay16: becasue i think that rules can be broken, but in that instance, the rule was just incomplete
BabyBlueJay16: that there is probably a scientific explanation that can encompass all that happens
BabyBlueJay16: and its possible that we dont know of the scientific rule that allows for certain things to happen and in that case we call it a miracle
BabyBlueJay16: especially if it is a rare occurance
CornrPokit: yeah but its not a miracle to win the lotto, or even win it twice, not a miracle to dance in a mine field and make it out alive
BabyBlueJay16: no
CornrPokit: not a miracle to survive when it looks like your on deaths door
BabyBlueJay16: those are things that can be allowed for by probability
BabyBlueJay16: even when probability is small, someone has to be the one in however many
CornrPokit: ya
BabyBlueJay16: maybe anomaly is a better word than miracle
BabyBlueJay16: but i again find myself defaulting to the role of spectator
BabyBlueJay16: i dont knwo what i dont know and that is ok, but all i can do is speculate
BabyBlueJay16: and whatever the "truth" is, i'll probably never know
BabyBlueJay16: and thats ok too
BabyBlueJay16: so if people want to believe in miracles, or allow for them with circular logic, then hey, have a good time
CornrPokit: if a man could fly today i suppose it would be a miracle? but if a man or men could fly in 100 million yrs, i dont think it would be
BabyBlueJay16: if a man could fly today, would it be a miracle? or would it be a scientific anomaly? or would it be an episode of heros?
CornrPokit: well thats the thing, nothing could make a man fly today
CornrPokit: mutations dont result in perfectly ready for use existing technologies
CornrPokit: oh man i was born with wings this is perfect
BabyBlueJay16: YEAH
BabyBlueJay16: whoops, yeah
CornrPokit: but once the seas rise and land becomes more scarse and dispersed, the best swimmers, sleek and slender, will survive, being smaller will be more advantageous, not much use in walking anymore on your 10*12 island so might as well develop some wings
BabyBlueJay16: or we'll all just die out
BabyBlueJay16: punk, we gotta get you some swim lessons
CornrPokit: i'll be in nepal, the last bastion of land based hope
BabyBlueJay16: how you gonna get there if you cant swim?
BabyBlueJay16: also, youre never allowed to watch water world again
BabyBlueJay16: you go thinking youre jsut like kevin costner
BabyBlueJay16: and that will get you in trouble
CornrPokit: head out once a few major cities are swallowed
CornrPokit: new orleans, miami, these sorts of places
BabyBlueJay16: hasta luego nueva york?
CornrPokit: si
CornrPokit: my buddhist training will come in handy in nepal
