Alex got home really late last night, so late that I had already been asleep for a long time. His clients work stupid hours so that means he often has to aswell. I woke up when he got into bed and he asked me if I'd slept ok. Then he told me he worries about how I sleep when he's not there because he wouldn't be there to wake me up if I have any nightmares, not that I have them a lot but he can always tell when I'm having one.
It was so sweet that I just wanted to write it down so I never forget it. <3
