I am superior
I would just like to state for all who might care..you all two I AM SUPERIOR according to my english teacher. During one of my english classes, we had an hour to draft a response the Romeo Dallaire's Cri De Coeur. I got 83.3% on it, and the comments she wrote on it made me feel super. Let me quote... 'A very good response! Superior, actually. Overall, an effectively argued and well presented, intelligent piece of writing - good work!' Why thank you, Ingrid. You made my day. Alot of the marks I lost were because I didn't cite my quotes, and I left out a key part of the story in my response. I also didn't get a chance to write my conclusion. But considering I only had an hour, one could argue that I was gonna put that in the next paragraph, had the time been available to do so. Now, we get to revise it and hand in the final copy next week, but there really isn't a whole lot that I have to do, aside from adding in the aforementioned missing bits. And I believe that alone will bring my wordcount up to where it needs to be.
So, needless to say, I'm feeling pretty darn good at the moment. Superior, actually....
EDIT: I just checked my online dropbox, and I received 100% on our first online assignment. Good comments there, as well..but I don't feel like posting.
I have a good feeling about that 3.5 GPA I'm aiming for. Perhaps I should up the ante to 3.8?
