Kim for President! I agree with damned near everything you said here, I wish more people were capable of taking such a moderate approach and separating their own personal/religious beliefs from what they think the government should do.

I always found it very incongruous that one of the tenets of Christianity (or at least those I'm familiar with) is free will. So my personal belief is that robbing others of free will, regardless of your beliefs, goes against God's will, no?

Thanks for the support ladies. :) I knew all of you would be on the same page as me, or at least close. I actually made this entry public and am considering putting a link on Facebook. I know, though, that I have a number of friends who would disagree (including students/parents). Thoughts?
