this recipe Mel sent me ages ago. I've made it so many times but tweak it at each go around. They always come out moist and sweet. One of my favorite go-to recipes.
2) Zucchini Walnut Bread
I had two share zucchinis I needed to use up. Staying at the Post Punk Kitchen, I adapted my bread from
this recipe. I used yogurt, molasses, and walnuts. I think it came out divine.
3) Red Grape Sorbet
I have coveted the
smitten kitchen lemon mint granita recipe forever now. When I got grapes in my CSA share I thought, hmmm I wonder if I can use grapes in this recipe? Well I tried and it came out LOVELY. It required a lot of elbow grease (pureeing the grapes then straining them all) but it was totally worth it.
