Quick update! I have been in Lagos, Portugal, since yesterday and I am going to Granada tomorrow! Lagos is actually quite lovely! You can tell it is touristy during the tourist season, but it is the off season now and things like restaurants and the like are pretty deserted. The hostel is also cheaper, yesss! And the beaches are empty, meaning I can find myself an interesting rock to perch on and I can watch the waves of the ocean rolling in. Only 3 other people at the hostel, 3 aussie chicks. And there are two Canadians working here, one who is from Toronto but studied in Ottawa, the other who lived in Victoria most of his life but was born in Kanata!! Small world.
