I don't really know the reason why I've opened an lj account... But I'm sure it's going to take up a lot of my time if I do like it v___v English is not my first language and I'm not even sure if I'll stick to writing in English here or if I'll end up writing in Spanish or both. I'm thinking of this journal as a way to practise my english skills that are quite rusty since I stopped learning it /properly/ a couple of years ago. (english lessons/teachers at uni SUCK sfm) Now the only english I'm familiar to is "tumblr-english" so I guess I can use this for creative writing, more serious things than keyboard smashing and fangirling. I can't promise anything though.
I've always used Blogger so it will take a little time for me to get used to lj, but since I've immersed myself in kpop, especially EXO, and the incredible amount of awesome fanfics the exo fans write are posted in lj, I thought I could have an account for commenting, reviewing (?) and enjoying my stay in the fandom.
So the things you are going to see in this page if I ever find the inspiration to write are:
A little bit of me:
I'm a 91-liner, as I said I love music in general and kpop in particular, I love reading, my current favourite writer is Haruki Murakami and I really enjoy drinking coffee, green tea and bubble tea! Especially the latter, I tried it in Barcelona when I went there a couple of weeks ago and I totally fell in love with the flavour (I tried taro and melon) and tapioca pearls!! But now I'm bubble tea deprived because there's no tea shop anywhere near where I live ;__; Even though I'm not a little girl anymore, I really like plushies, I particularly like Rilakkuma (IT'S SO FLUFFYYYY~~) and I need to sleep holding one.
I'm a huge EXO stan, if you follow me on twitter you know that I can relate almost everything that happens in my life with EXO. This pimp post inexochocolateis my bible: it's hilarious and it contains everything there is to know about my boys. My bias is Suho, the angelic leader of EXO-K. I'll elaborate my opinion about him in future posts because it's going to be long as hell, but it's funny because at the beginning I didn't like him that much, of course I didn't hate him or dislike him but I love Kaisoo so fucking much and to me he was a bit of a cock blocker (?) when I started reading fics because he was always in between them. Thank god I grew up and I discovered the pleasures of OT3 so now I ship Sukaisoo too. After Suho, I love the rest of the members equally. And I mean I love them a lot.
So, about the pairings issue: I ship everything. At the beginning I only read kaisoo, baekyeol and hunhan, but now I don't really care about the pairing as long as the plot is good and it fits the pairing. However, I still prefer kaisoo, suchen and baekyeol among the others. Another pairings I enjoy are kaixing, krislay, lukai, layhan, sukai, krisho, kyungmyeon, baektao, baeksoo, sekai, seho, krisyeol...
I don't usually read fics from other fandoms, but I've read some gtop, jongkey and 2min fics and I enjoyed them as well. I usually only read boyxboy, no "___ x you/OC" because I hate it. With a passion.
I love manga and anime too, and I own a considerable collection of manga, including BL which I have to buy and read in English because there are no yaois published in my country v___v I'd like to translate books and/or manga for a living, but I don't think it's possible so I'll translate whatever I can. I'm currently translating for a fansub. The languages I've learned are English, French, German, Russian, Japanese and I'm now learning Korean by myself whenever I have time (because, again, where I live I can't learn Korean anywhere). I NEED to start taking my studies seriously although I'm doing fine, because everyday it's just more tiresome to go to class and all... ugh.
I have a sister two years younger than me, we get on really well and she's basically my best friend! She also likes kpop and EXO a lot so we are always spazzing together. Her bias is Sehun. I call her Tonchan.
I have a pet cat, his name is Gato and he's 2 years old. He's adorable but a little unfriendly with people he doesn't know (and sometimes with the people he knows as well ==). My sister brought him home, and my parents decided to keep him. I couldn't be happier because they always refused to have any pet at home and I love animals. In the future (when I earn my own money) I'd like to join an animal protection society.
Now I shall go and finish a legal text translation that's been bothering me for the past two days, and also find out how the hell do i add pictures in posts and put a header for my journal.

- EXO: 95% of this journal is going to be EXO. And 80% out of that is going to be Suho. I'm even planning to write a post on "why I love Kim Joonmyun". I also stan other kpop bands like BIG BANG (they were the first kpop boyband I listened to), Super Junior, SHINee and B.A.P, I don't really like girlbands besides 2NE1; but I'm not as crazy about them as I am about EXO.
- Random posts: whenever I feel like writing personal things, if anything "important" happens to me, if I receive a new CD and I want to show it, I go to an event or I try new food or whatever. This post, for example, is random.
- Translations: If I really like a fic and the author allows said fic to be translated, I'll do it. I think of this as practice, I'm studying translation but I just don't think we get enough practice in class, moreover I'm studying translation from French to Spanish so I want to keep improving my English before I forget it all ;___; Of course, I'll only post translated fics with the permission of the author and I'll credit everything and all.
- Reviews/recommendations (?): I'm not quite sure about this point... I'd like to review the fics I like the most and recommend them, but I'm not sure if I will be able to express myself properly... ugh I'll try hard.
