What the hell.
I'm not sure whether it's my mood of überbitchiness due to my state monoaural hearing, but I've had about 11 people to count since December asking me why I haven't friended them back via IM, email or in the really rare case - through my cellphone.
It's simple enough, really.
My choice, bitches. If I don't want you reading my entries, then I don't want you reading my entries. Simple as that. No hard feelings. I learned that you don't have to friend every single person who adds you rather late in life... thanks to mixi and facebook, really. I am in no way obliged to do so.
This is as much as for my personal integrity as it is for keeping my temper in check because there are some people who I do not want reading my entries because the information written hear could potentially be used against me, and I've learned that being my particular situation can cause trouble and it has caused trouble. If I'm going to be honest about life in my LJ, then I'm going to be honest with people I trust and who aren't going to rat out on me. And honestly, at this point in my life then there is sensitive information here which definitely could sabotage a lot of stuff in my life at the moment.
This used to be written in my userinfo until I decided "fuck it" and forgot to do it.
So don't hold it against me, but if you want to then go ahead. I don't mind. I'm sadly used to people hating me (as much as it irks me, I mean, why spend so much energy on someone you detest? It boggles the mind.)
And if you want to defriend me because of this, then just do so~ I won't hold it against you either.
