so i finished my race today and i achieved my goals! I ran the 5 miles in 45 minutes and I didn't stop once to walk. I did get pretty sick towards the end but i didn't throw up which is a good thing. Things that I would have changed would have been: a) train more (as always of course) b)probably shouldn't have given blood yesterday and c) probably shouldn't have had 5 beers last night. :)
but hey, i got a t-shirt which maqkes it all worth it.
