Got a lot done on my list. Yay!
* Take a short nap
* Go for a run
* Cook something for lunch (first stretching)
* Take a nap
* Do my stretches
* Take a shower
* Pick up my mom and go shopping
* Come home
* Do some sit-ups and push up
* Cook dinner
* Maybe go to Jeff's after he gets off work
I did 50 sit-ups and 25 push-ups! Yeah its not a lot but yeah. I know tomorrow morning I am going to wake up and be sore as a motha fucka!
For the first time in a while I am so freaking happy with myself. I am so glad I started to workout. Yes this is my first day but it feels so good. I miss doing all this. I used to workout everyday for at least 3 hours at least. I wish I had to free time to be able to do that. Plus, when I did that I had 13 other people at least to workout with me. All my cheerleaders. Oh how I miss that.
Anyways, I just took a shower and I need to dry my hair and what not.
Yay for shopping tonight and probably seeing my potpie!
