Spent the night in Hamburg though only just barely as the main hostel was actually booked pretty much completely and I got there after dark (I'm leery of hunting for lodging at night after my experience in Aberdeen, Scotland) but I managed to secure one of their 'emergency' beds. Heh, as I said, it was probably the most heavily decorated book I've ever seen. Also, the keys were awesome! I tried to get some closer pictures but they didn't turn out. I'm just having way too much trouble with things being out of focus or blurry :S

as for the chair, it was simply a displace piece like everything else in the museum. One thing I do find kind've funny is the sheer variance in how interesting the design museums can be. There's a couple that have been downright glorious and then others, like the Norwegian one, which was just sort've ho hum, whatever. and every time one does leave me like that I start wondering what exactly it is that makes it interesting to me and if I'm just looking for something that doesn't actually exist.

Sadly, I don't really have the nerve to go around photographing every meal I have. I actually find it hard enough just taking pictures in public with people possibly watching. Its even worse when I know that there's a guard watching as well, cause I really don't want to do anything to draw too much attention to myself while traveling and I end up worrying that I'll be taking photos somewhere where its forbidden.
