I moved in to my new place a few days ago. I have air conditioning and my own bathroom. I am in heaven. Once I get some of this crap cleaned up and unpacked I'll take some pictures for the viewers at home. I guess that is one good thing about only working for 15 hours this week. Time to unpack and make my new place fun.
The only problem is living with my grandmother. I love her, I really do, but she is slowly invading whatever independence I had. When I first moved in, I had a bushel of dirty clothes, and she did them for me. Now, normally I wouldn't be complaining, but she folded my pants so that there are CREASES in them and never put my shirts in the dryer. She just hung them up. Ahhh. Then she constantly turns things off. For example, I turned of my AC to go to work, but turned on a fan to keep things semi-cool. Well, I get home and it is turned off to save electricity... meanwhile, the AC in her kitchen and the AC in her bedroom are both on full blast. BUT I guess that is what grandmothers are supposed to do.
I am all excited about this moving thing. I feel like I am on an episode of trading spaces. I bought a really neat (I think) light fixture, I found cool bamboo looking curtains at Sears and the absolute perfect sheet/comforter set. However, they were all sold out. I'll check back tomorrow and see if they can just order it for me.
Well, you don't care about this so I am done.
Oh, one more thing. I just put 256 MB of RAM into my computer on top of the 256 I already had... can someone tell me why my computer sucks now??? Thanks. Websites don't want to open and I can't really download anything.
