I found a patient in the hallway trying to reach the box of condiments on top of the meal cart. I asked if I could help her find something and she said yes.
"I need some mayonaise. I like to put it on my jello I know it sounds weird but I just love it."
I told her that it was fine. I shared my tatse for peanut butter and cheddar and how my sister likes to put jelly on her grilled cheese. Then she tells me her brother puts bologna and mayo on his pb&j. I think her brother wins.
