You're not the fangasm-inducing Bestest Show Ever that I thought you'd be. In fact, I kinda hate you.

Kamen Rider Decade marks the tenth Kamen Rider series in the Heisei era, so Toei is blowing their entire budget and making an epic series chronicling hero Tsukasa's journey through the worlds of all the Heisei Kamen Riders. It's basically Kingdom Hearts, but with Riders instead of Disney characters.
When the show was announced, obviously, the first thing I thought of was "SKDJGHALSKDJUFL;ASDKGSL;G I'LL GET TO SEE TENDOU AND KAGAMI AGAIN! AND KENZAKI! HAJIME-SAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was prepared to die of joy every week.
And, yes, it's neat to see Kiva fighting the Hoppers from Kabuto. Or Ryuuki and Blade. But they haven't brought back any of the original actors (except for Kiva). They're changing the characters I fell in love with over the years.
So when they do get to Kabuto world, Mizushima Hiro will not be Tendou. And so Tendou will not be Tendou.
Kamen Rider Kabuto is not my favorite series. That's Blade (my first). And despite all the flailing I do about him, Tendou Souji is not my favorite character. That's Hajime from Blade. (Fuck. Blade was so fucking good.) But Tendou is probably the most... memorable. And no one could play him like Mizushima did.
*sigh*
I'll keep watching Decade. Of course I will. Just like I continued watching Gokusen 2 despite the fact that Ryu and The Guy With The Hair were just a poor (sexy) substitute for Sawada Shin.
Maybe, since they're going through the Rider worlds pretty quickly, they'll have to revisit them later and, because of the structure of the AU, it's possible to still bring back some of the original actors.

*random* Does anyone want me to make flaily posts for Decade like I did with Kabuto? Some of you seemed to enjoy those even if you weren't watching the series. It'd basically be me watching the raws, screencapping the pretty boys and flailing/ranting about the story. Let me know. It'd give me something to do Monday nights while I wait for House to download. :P
