Work and Movies
I'm at work right now. But I'm not working in the usual computer lab. I'm at one called Sage Point and it is really small compared to the Union Lab I'm used to working at. There are only a couple dozen computers and the consultant desk is tiny. One thing it definitely has going for it is that it's quiet. According to Max, the guy whose shift I'm covering, students rarely ask any questions. That's totally fine with me. I can watch more Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex that mikasaigo's brother lent me. GOMEN, NICK!! I know I've had it for a long time!!!
My hubby is in San Francisco right now. He is spending the first week of his new job at the company. He comes back on Saturday and then he'll be going back out again a week or so later for something. I don't remember what it is . . .
On Friday I got together with mikasaigo, iceysolstice and Ty-chou. We had a Femmes night and went to dinner. After that we came back to my place and watched the first few episodes of the second season of School Rumble. It was totally hilarious.
I think I'm gonna order some food tonight from Banzai Teppanyaki. They have this honey glazed walnut shrimp that is awesome. I know iceysolstice will totally back me up on that. They also have a mushroom foo young that I really like . . . *drool*
I saw this a while back, but never did it. Then it popped up on gacktjobnomika and michimoro's journals so I had to do it. You know, I read on some other journal that if you score 71 or higher, then you don't have a life . . .
