So I had an unexpected dinner with Giles and his girl last night. He bought me dinner and a kiwi daiquiri, my first. They also met me in Shinjuku 3-cho me, which made for an interesting evening. It's a lovely place.
The restaurant name was Romantic Avocado. It was humorous and nice at the same time with mediocre Mexican food.

So...there we are. I have 4 ciders in my bag for tonight. I'm not sure what I'll do about them.
Oh yes, and Giles is a sort of well-known expat. He penned some secrets of Japanese book and has translated some very major things into English. He is a fantastic copy writer as well.
