1. Selective coloring:
reds: -100, +100, +100
2. Duplicate step 1, set to Exclusion 20%
3. Selective coloring:
whites: +100, 0, 0, -64
4. Color balance:
shadows: -40, -27, -10
highlights: -7, -3, -15
5. Levels:
RGB: 22, 1.00, 255
6. Take this texture, made by me, place where you want and set it to Lighten.
7. Then take this texture, made by sixtysixheavens, set it to Lighten.
8. Add new layer, fill it with #3a3a3a and set to Darken at 49%
9. Then add some text :)
