ice cream!
I borrowed this awesome book on camping from a friend. I love it, it talk about how to really cook on an open fire among other things. One of the other things is how to make ice cream with two coffee cans and some ice and salt, along with the ingredients for the ice cream. Gabe and I just rolled a can for ten minutes and we have yummy creamy vanilla ice cream. hee hee:) A good activity for the kids and during camping.
