we went to the circus!
So it was national day last weekend, and 3 Singaporeans stuck in Shanghai decided that the nation's birthday calls for a special kind of celebration! And thus, we decided to go to the circus!
We were all quite excited about our circus outing, because this is the first for all of us.
There is lots of comments that I am being ah-tiongnised in my dress sense and my pose, which is what I want to clarify. I am not!
The double chin is because of the angle and not you know, because I have put on weight, anyway.No right, this is something I would totally wear in Singapore okie.

There is a station just for the Shanghai Circus, can you imagine it! Shanghai is like so big that they can afford to have one MRT Station just for their circus
The decoration at the circus station is VERY CUTE! Full of clowns!

So this is the entrance of the circus, not bad looking, it looks promising.
There are TIGERS! RWARRRR!
The animals and the workers stay at the hostel near the circus
The interior of the performance area. It is surprisingly small. And full of kids.
They sell buttered popcorn! The smell is de.li.cious!But taste wise.. er... not very fantastic.
Most of the acts were just okie, not impressive, but not terrible. I guess the target audience for them are young kids, so the acts are mainly targeted at entertaining them. No cool acrobatic stunts, no fire eating, no slicing people into 2, just lots of animals doing cute stunts.
Then it went to the highlight of the show! TIGER AND LIONS!! RWARRRR.
