I don't, but I just remember the script from Total Distortion. Does anyone else remember that game? If you don't, it was a response to MTV probably, anyway, you were in some creepy base somewhere, and you wandered around unlocking various footage in order to make kickass music videos.
It was a bit like RockBand, I suppose. Kinda. Not.
You have to sing it, by the way. ~What kind of videos do you like?~
Anyway, forgive the waffle, I had totally forgotten about this song, and the accompanying video.
To be honest, I think the song isn't that great, it's a pretty typical J-pop slush with some dubious lyrics, although I've heard much worse!
The reason I like it is because it's 6 minutes of Miyazaki animation, with all that that entails - we're talking pretty scenery, cute characters and a plot that makes your brain go runny. There is narrative there, though, and I like it because you have to think about it, and there's enough there for the viewer to interpret events.
It's also sweet, and I love how the two main characters have such distinct personalities despite there being no dialogue.
