(no subject)
Last year I did not have enough candy. This year, I bought three bags of candy. This year, not one single rugrat came to our door. Not one single, solitary Elsa, Iron Man, Hulk, hobbit-nothing. I know my apartment complex has children. Where did they all go? Did they become diabetic since last year? I imagine several places have started hosting safe events for kids to trick or treat, or maybe their parents took them to residential areas-I don't know. Either way, I'm stuck with all this candy, and I opened the bags and put it in a bowl so I'd be ready to hand it out. Sigh. Butterfingers anyone?
