Kim: Good morning Sir, Mr. XXX asked me to draft a notice to inform residents at Blk 771 and 772 to refrain from using the void decks for functions and encouraging them to use the link building located beside Blk 772. I drafted 2 paragraphs and I'm kind of stuck. He doesn't know how to draft. T_T
