Desperate Housewives
I hate Monday’s. I’m irritated by everything and I just want to go to lunch, lol. I feel like I have a million things to do and I don’t want to do anything. Oh well, I’ll quit bitching now. I’m going to talk about Desperate Housewives now.
I’m really loving this show. I think Susan is great and it was really hard to see her turn down Mike because of the blackmailing. That woman, Mrs. Hooper, is horrible. I was so happy when Susan set her straight at the end of the episode.
Now Lynette’s story was interesting to me. First of all, how cute are those two boys? Yes I’m sure they are quite a handful but so cute. I really liked her thing on medicating her kids because it’s so true. First of all, not all hyper little boys have ADD. There are two types, ADD and ADHD (ADD with hyperactivity). It is a learning disability. People with ADD are often times really creative and inventive and guess what happens when you medicate? You sometimes loose a lot of those good traits. Sorry I’m rambling about this but it hits close to home because I have ADD. I’m not physically hyper but basically my brain is. It’s not as clear cut as a little kid being hyper = ADD. Anyway, medication can help but I think you need to let the kids grow up a lot more before determining if they need to have their brain chemistry altered. He he, I know a lot about this subject so I’ll just stop here. I really liked Lynette’s view on it though.
As other people have stated, Claudia’s cheating with a high school boy storyline isn’t thrilling me. I’m kind of hoping that her husband finds out soon so it will stop. Also, not many husbands will take a bubble bath with their wife and wash their hair like he did in last night’s episode. That’s pretty attentive and romantic.
That’s all I have to say right now. I’m not feeling that great.
