Good episode.
the positives
- Ana Lucia was actually kind of likeable. I love her line “Jack and Locke are too busy worrying about Locke and Jack.” Also, her apology to Sayid and her little speech about people not liking her.
- Sun and Jin are great characters and the actors really do an outstanding job portraying them.
- Henry Gale. Man is he creepy. I really do think he is an Other. He is really trying to stir up some friction with Jack and Locke and the camp in general. I also think that the whole balloon story is a set up by the Others and this Henry Gale guy was a plant to infiltrate their camp. He knew he was going to get caught and the balloon story and facts where already in place.
- Whoever Henry Gale is, I like how he said what so many people have been saying. The losties don’t seem to be curious enough…not asking enough questions.
the negatives
- Is it really that hard to bring up major things that have happened in the previous episodes? For instance, Michael and Walt, Locke seeing weird symbols after almost not entering in the “numbers”, Eko finding his dead brother on the island and both him and Charlie seeing the smoke monster thing play This is Your Life with Eko, Kate and Claire and Danielle finding a whole new hatch… Just bring up old mysteries every now and then, thnx.
- Why is there still a whole pantry full of food when Hurley passed so much of it out in his episode when he was in charge of the food?
I think one of the really weird things about this show is that it’s a week and sometimes more in between episodes but on the island it’s only a couple days. It makes it hard to know how to read things. Does that make sense? I mean, I keep wondering why no one is bringing up Michael and Walt because it’s been like two months since we last saw Michael go after Walt but in their time it’s been maybe only 4 or 5 days. I’ll just have to be patient.
Next week looks really good.
I learned how to do something on my iPod. I’ve been wanting to find a way to make only the songs on a playlist shuffle. Well I went to an iPod forum and found out. Basically you go into your settings on your iPod and choose shuffle: songs then simply go to your playlists and start a playlist. It should shuffle all the songs and play them all once. Yay.
I need some Gilmore Girls soon. It’s been too long, lol. Oh and I think I saw Supernatural on Thursdays now.
We go to Las Vegas on Monday. I’m so ready for a vacation.
