I got some lyrics from one of my favourite Megadeth songs:

Also, Just what the fuck is 'groove metal'? As it is another category type of metal I like...apparently. When I think of it I think of old school disco mixed with heavy riffs, thrashing drums and growling vocals! 'Groove metal' is, as wikipedia puts it:
"Groove metal, often associated with neo-thrash/post-thrash and power groove, is a term sometimes used to describe a derivative of thrash metal which took its current form during the early 1990s"
Okay, so it's a kind of thrash metal...but instead of just leaving it as 'post-thrash' (as most of the time it's not as heavy as say, Slayer), they call it 'groove metal'. yeah, cos when say, I listen to Machine head or Pantera I don't want to jump around and thrash about...nooooo, I want to groooove! Fuck off! Just who did come up with that name?
...And don’t even get me started on 'Avant-garde metal'! LOL ...seeing that on wiki almost made me choke on my cola I was drinking. :p
