O.K., first, it's scary that I own some of these.
That said, the One-Touch Can Opener is the best ASoTV thing I ever bought; it works exactly as advertised. (I've bought it as gifts for friends and they now swear by it, too.) And, even though there's a "con" about having to reset it, that's not true; if you let it run all the way through its 20-second cutting cycle without interrupting it, it never needs resetting.
