Rival Silver Plush from HeartGold/SoulSilver games by Usako
I've actually had this guy since last summer. I commissioned plush-maker, Usako-chan, to make this little guy awhile back and it was really wonderful to finally see him in person. He's one of my absolute favs :) I've also posted him here on my tumblr.
