Oh, definitely a shitty apology. "Sorry IF I offended you", and the more he spoke, the more clear it became that he just did not (or would not) understand why any woman would find it offensive. Because it was obviously a joke, jeez!

And "I will not send YOU any such emails in the future." But he admitted--almost gleefully--that he'll probably send them off to everyone else. OINK OINK!!!
