Insomnia
Totally can't sleep. Writing this on my iPod in the dark living room while Shannon sleeps upstairs. Meds doc had warned me about possible insomnia. Also, apparently Latuda can magnify anxiety, which may have played a role in recent events.
I hate messing with meds.
