My First (and hopefully not last) Camping Trip of the Year
Camping was amazing. Can't wait to go again. A beautiful spot by a creek, amazing weather, great food, my big ol' tent, glow sticks and bubbles with the kids, Tito (my sisters dog), and a hike down the mountain (yes, "down," lol... we got a ride up). I went with one of my sisters, her cousin (on her dad's side), and her boyfriend's family. Our group took up a total of three campsites, each with at least 3 tents and a couple of cars. There were food tents/canopies in the outer campsites. Both were packed FULL of food. Each campsite had its own pathway leading down to the creek. In our campsite, we had three tents, three cars, and the less occupied (yet fully stocked) food tent/canopy where we hung out when we weren't all (well, my sister and the kids at least) in my tent chatting and playing. I was already planning my next trip as soon as this one started.
