sleep is for the weak

last night whilst i could not sleep (because my roommate was choking on water...) i was thinking about how much time we waste sleeping. if you sleep 8 hours a night like you're supposed to, you'd be comletely missing 56 hours out of every week. that sucks. that's over 2/7 of your week that you spend unconscious. terrible.
i say that we should just sleep once a week...kinda like bears hibernate you know? just do all your shit (and have fun too) monday through most of friday and then some of friday through sunday just sleep. i think it'd be far more efficient.
besides, people sleep WAY too much anyway. i.e. i felt more than refreshed today and my roomate slept for 5 hours more than i did...that's just disgusting. it's becoming an excuse for people to do a crappy ass job on shit (wow, i have a mouth like a sailor)..."i'm tired"...it you were THAT tired you'd be asleep, suck it up.
anyway, that was random, but i mean commmon, sleep is for the weak.
